If the problem seems to be with the script itself, if possible, please include an error report that contains:

• description of the problem
• the error message you received (if any),
• the page on which the error occurred,
• the steps necessary to recreate the error (if re-creatable)
• any other details that may be relevant (operating system, browser)

These sort of details will help greatly in fixing the problem.
